A. Terrel Williams, MD

Dr. Terrel Williams is an experienced Ophthalmologist providing the greater Central Mississippi area and his patients a broad range of medical diagnoses and treatments falling within this important medical specialty. Dr. Williams is not only a board-certified physician but also a surgeon specializing in cataract and glaucoma care. Our practice includes comprehensive eye exams, prescribing corrective lenses, diagnosing injuries and disorders of the eye, and using appropriate medical and surgical procedures deemed necessary for their treatment. Dr. Williams also specializes in the treatment of dry eye therapy, with much success.

And equally important, Dr. Williams views every patient as more than just another medical diagnosis. Your comprehensive eye care needs are unique, and he dedicates himself and his staff to providing you with the warm and personal attention that makes all the difference in your patient experience.

T. Taylor Coleman, MD

Dr. Coleman is a native of the Jackson, Mississippi area and a graduate of Millsaps College. He attended medical school at the University of Mississippi Medical Center where he was a recipient of the Brenda Joy Nicholson, M.D. Scholarship, and was recognized as a Medical Student Research Scholar at the time of graduation. He is also a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society. Dr. Coleman went on to also complete a residency in ophthalmology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center where he served as a chief resident. Dr. Coleman enjoys splitting his time between private practice and is also involved in resident and medical student education and training at the University of Mississippi. Dr. Coleman provides comprehensive eye care including the medical and surgical management of conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, and dry eye. He also performs routine screening examinations and offers services such as contact lens fittings and glasses. When not engaged at work, Dr. Coleman enjoys brewing espresso, reading, and spending time with his spouse and dog.

Josh Shufelt, PA-C

Josh Shufelt, PA-C is a native and resident of Brandon, Mississippi. Upon graduation from Mississippi College, Josh attended the University of Mississippi Medical Center where he received a master's in Biological Sciences. He then received his Master of Science in Medicine from Mississippi College's Department of Physician Assistant Studies and is a member of the Physician Assistant National Honor Society. He began working alongside Dr. Terrel Williams in 2017 and looks forward to extending Dr. Williams' excellent care.
